新安王氏医学辨治脾胃病学术经验探讨

Discussion on experience of Xin’an WANGs’ internal medicine school in treatment of spleen and stomach disease

新安王氏医学流派始于歙县王学健(履中)先生,是新安医学流派的重要组成部分,在学术上博取诸家之长,自成一家之论。文章通过文献回顾和医案整理,认为新安王氏医家辨治脾胃常用四法:益气健脾,助胃纳运;宣通胃阳,苦辛通降;条达木郁,疏畅气机;活血化瘀,逐痹通络,使得脾升胃降,中焦有序,脾胃受纳、运化、升降、统摄的功能正常。若病程日久,脾病常累及于脑,以祛痰宣醒之法,脾脑同治。新安王氏医家用药以轻巧灵动著称,以顾护胃气为首务,所谓治"中焦如衡",并善用对药,屡有良效。

Xin’an WANGs’internal medicine school founded by Mr.WANG Xue-jian,is one of the most important parts of Xin’an medicine school,which has gained the merits from various schools.By sorting out literatures and medical records,this article believed that Xin’an physicians usually use four methods to treat spleen and stomach diseases,replenishing qi and strengthening spleen,assisting stomach transportation,diffusing gastric yang with bitter drugs,facilitating qi stagnant and pacifying qi movement,activating blood and removing stasis,all together making qi movement and middle energizer in order,and ensuring the functions of spleen and stomach such as receiving,transporting,lifting and controlling back to normal.If the duration of illness is long,spleen disease often affects the brain,therefore treating method should be dispelling phlegm and promoting awakening,treating spleen and brain together.Xin’an WANGs’internal medical is famous for using light and flexible medicine.It is said that‘treating middle energizer by achieving relative equilibrium’,so they take care of the stomach-qi as the first step.In addition,they make good use of pair drugs and the curative effect is often remarkable.
