柴胡疏肝散对MSG-大鼠-肝再生模型眶额叶皮层损伤的保护作用 被引量:1

Protective effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder on the injury of orbitofrontal cortex in MSG-liver regeneration model

摘要 目的:观察柴胡疏肝散对左旋谷氨酸单钠(MSG)-大鼠-肝再生模型眶额叶皮层损伤的保护作用。方法:使用Wistar大鼠新生乳鼠制备MSG-大鼠模型,第6周时各组进行对应处理至实验结束。在第8周进行肝大部切除术,术后第8天进行自主活动试验。HE染色和尼氏染色观察眶额叶皮层组织结构变化和尼氏体形态变化,免疫组织化学方法观察眶额叶皮层组织IBA1的变化。结果:与MSG+肝切组相比,柴胡疏肝散组的总活动路程显著增加(P<0.05),柴胡疏肝散组尼氏体的平均直径、平均面积、累积光密度值显著增大(P<0.01),柴胡疏肝散组IBA1表达增多(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝散组方对MSG-大鼠-肝再生模型眶额叶皮层损伤具有保护作用。 Objective:To observe the protective effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder on the injury of orbitofrontal cortex in MSG-rat liver regeneration model.Methods:The neonatal Wistar rats were prepared and the MSG-rat model was prepared.At the 6 th week,each group was treated until the end of the experiment,at the 8 th week,major hepatectomy was made.On 8 th day after operation,the autonomous activity experiment was did.HE and Nissl staining were used to observe the changes of tissue structure and Nissl body morphology in orbitofrontal cortex.Changes of IBA1 in orbitofrontal cortex was observed by immunohistochemistry.Results:Compared with MSG+hepatectomy group,the total activity distance of Chaihu Shugan Powder group increased significantly(P<0.05),the average diameter,average area and accumulated optical density of Nissl body in Chaihu Shugan Powder group increased significantly(P<0.01),and the expression of IBA1 in Chaihu Shugan Powder group increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaihu Shugan Powder has a protective effect on injury of orbitofrontal cortex in the MSG-rat-liver regeneration model.
