颈椎病“筋骨评估”模式构建研究

目的:构建颈椎病"筋骨评估"模式。方法:通过调查问卷进行数据搜集,用问卷回收率、条目频数分析、专家权威程度、专家意见协调程度等指标评价问卷调查结果。结果:此次研究完整问卷回收率为85.71%;专家对各条目意见权重分布在0.893~0.987;变异系数分布范围0.062~0.233,协调系数P<0.05;专家权威程度(Cr)平均值为0.947,熟悉程度(Cs)系数平均值为0.942,对问题的判断依据(Ca)系数平均值为0.951;题目权重分布范围0.847~0.960。结论:被调查专家积极性较好、权威程度高,对问题判断依据明确,熟悉程度、集中程度和协调程度均较高。通过问卷调查,对颈椎病"筋骨评估"的核心要素基本达成了较好共识。

Objective:Constructing a‘jin and bone assessment’pattern for cervical spondylosis.Methods:Collecting data through questionnaires and evaluate results using indicators such as questionnaire recovery rate,frequency analysis of entries,degree of expert authority,and coordination of expert opinions.Results:The retake rate of the complete questionnaire in this study was 85.71%;the weight of opinions of experts on each item was 0.893-0.987;the distribution coefficient of variation coefficient was 0.062-0.233,the coordination coefficient was P<0.05;the average degree of authority of experts was 0.947,the average value of familiarity coefficient was 0.942,the average value of judgment coefficient was 0.951,and the weight distribution of topic was 0.847-0.960.Conclusion:The surveyed experts have good enthusiasm and high authority.The judging basis is clear,and the degree of familiarity,concentration and coordination are high.Through questionnaire survey,a good consensus has been reached on the core elements of‘jin and bone assessment’pattern for cervical spondylosis.
