敦煌古遗书法藏“不知名医方”角药配伍研究

Study on compatibility of Dunhuang ancient testament ‘unknown prescriptions’ and triangular drugs

敦煌古遗书法藏"不知名医方"藏于巴黎国立图书馆,传世方共545方,其组方配伍法度严谨,寓意深刻,并重视八法的复合应用,如攻补兼施、升降结合、温清并用等,以适应疾病的复杂病机。本研究从角药层面对法藏"不知名医方"传世医方进行研究解读,依据角药特殊配伍之势揭示法藏"不知名医方"独特的配伍规律,诠释诸方"合群妙用"的配伍特点,为临床更好地应用敦煌古遗书方剂提供谴方用药思路。

Dunhuang ancient testament‘unknown prescriptions’are stored in the Paris National Library,handed down to 545 prescriptions,with rigorous compatibility and profound implications,and attach importance to the complex application of the eight methods,such as reinforcement and elimination in combination,combination of ascending and descending,and using warming and heat-clearing simultaneously,to adapt to the complex pathogenesis of disease.This study interpreted the‘unknown prescription’stored in the French Library and revealed the unique compatible law of‘unknown prescription’according to the tendency of special compatibility of triangular drugs.The compatible characteristics of‘excellent use in groups’of Fazang were summarized to provide a good idea of prescribing medicine for clinical application of Dunhuang antiquated prescription.
