摘要
近年来,随着对表观遗传学的深入研究,其在学习记忆中的作用日益受到关注。表观遗传学主要研究DNA序列未发生变化的、可遗传的基因表达改变。表观遗传修饰通过DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、RNA干扰等来实现对基因表达的调控。文章主要围绕着表观遗传修饰在学习记忆及增龄性学习记忆减退过程中的调控变化以及中药的干预作用进行综述。
Recently,the role of epigenetic modification in learning and memory has been received more and more attention,with the in-depth study.Epigenetic mechanisms cause heritable DNA compaction and relaxation without changed in DNA sequence,which lead to transcriptional repression and activation,respectively.Epigenetic modification regulates gene expression through DNA methylation,histone modification,RNA interference,and so on.This review focused on the regulation of epigenetic modification in the process of learning and memory and age-related learning and memory decline,as well as the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine.
