中医药改善干燥综合征焦虑抑郁状态及生活质量的研究现状

Research status of traditional Chinese medicine in improving anxiety and depression and life quality of Sjogren’s syndrome

干燥综合征(SS)是一种临床常见的慢性自身免疫性疾病,病情多呈慢性进行性,临床症状复杂,缠绵难愈,尚无特效疗法,使多数患者产生不同程度的焦虑、抑郁等情绪,引起生活质量下降。综观国内外研究,SS患者存在明显的焦虑抑郁状态和生活质量的下降,影响疾病的康复和预后。中医药多在辨病辨证治疗基础疾病的同时,佐以疏肝、柔肝、解郁、理气等治法,有效改善SS患者焦虑抑郁状态和生活质量。笔者提出需建立中医药改善SS患者焦虑抑郁状态和生活质量的诊疗标准,早期进行中医药干预,加强人文关怀,多方位综合治疗,有益于疾病的康复。

Sj?gren’s syndrome(SS)is a common chronic autoimmune disease,and it is mostly chronic and progressive,with complicated clinical symptoms and lingering difficulties.There is no specific treatment,so most patients have different levels of anxiety,depression and other emotions,which causes the quality of life to decline.In comprehensive review of studies at home and abroad,patients with SS have obvious anxiety,depression and decline in quality of life,which affects the recovery and prognosis of the disease.While treating basic diseases through disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,traditional Chinese medicine is often accompanied by the treatment of liver dredging,liver softening,depression relieving and qi regulating.It can effectively improve the anxiety and depression status and quality of life of SS patients.The author proposed that the diagnosis and treatment standards of Chinese medicine should be established to improve the anxiety,depression and quality of life of SS patients.Early intervention of traditional Chinese medicine,strengthening humanistic care and multi-directional comprehensive treatment are conducive to the rehabilitation of diseases.
