摘要
肠道菌群是由细菌、古细菌、真菌、原生动物和所有哺乳动物肠道内的病毒组成的一个多样化的联合体。正常情况下肠道菌群保持稳态,体内外环境的改变可能会造成肠道菌群失调,结肠癌的发生发展与肠道菌群失调关系密切。国医大师周仲瑛教授根据其六十余年临床实践,于20世纪90年代率先提出"癌毒"病机理论,认为癌毒是肿瘤发生发展的关键病机,在癌毒病机理论指导下,结合临床实践,创制了抗肿瘤有效中药复方消癌解毒方。文章就近年来国内外关于肠道菌群失调与结肠癌发生、发展研究的有关热点问题及治疗进行概述,提出肠道菌群失调与癌毒理论的相关性,并指出从肠道菌群失调角度进一步研究癌毒病机理论生物学基础的可行性。
The intestinal flora is a diverse consortium of bacteria,archaea,fungi,protozoa,and viruses that inhabit the gut of all mammals.Under normal circumstances,intestinal flora remains stable,and changes in the internal and external environment may cause intestinal flora imbalance.The occurrence and development of colon cancer are closely related to intestinal flora imbalance.National TCM master professor ZHOU Zhong-ying according to their more than sixty years of clinical practice,in the 1990 s was the first to put forward the‘poison’cancer pathogenesis theory,thought poison cancer was the key to the development of cancer pathogenesis,in cancer pathogenesis theory guidance,combined with clinical practice,created the antineoplastic effective traditional Chinese medicine compound eliminate cancer detoxification.In this paper,in the domestic and foreign about intestinal dysbacteriosis and the hot issues in the study of colon cancer occurrence,development and treatment were summarized,put forward the intestinal dysbacteriosis and the correlation of cancer poison theory,and pointed out that further research from the angle of the intestinal dysbacteriosis cancer pathogenesis theory the feasibility of biological basis.
