摘要
当前,中药类保健食品占保健食品申报总数的一半以上,但是现行的27种功能声称均是基于现代医学、营养学的描述,缺乏中医类功能声称,严重限制了中药类保健食品的发展,因此,制定中医类保健功能声称对于保健食品的发展有重要意义。文章基于中医理念和法学证明标准,从如何制定功能声称、功能声称与中药治疗功效的区别、功能声称的调整方式、评价方法与评价标准等方面进行了阐述,期望能够为主管部门及研究者提供一些参考与借鉴。
At present,Chinese medicine health food accounts for more than half of the total number of health food declarations,but the current 27 kinds of functional claims are based on the description of modern medicine and nutrition,lack of traditional Chinese medicine functional claims,seriously restricting the development of Chinese medicine health food,so formulating Chinese medicine health function claims has important significance for the development of health food.Based on the concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the standard of legal proof,this paper elaborated on how to formulate functional claims,the difference between functional claims and therapeutic efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,the adjustment method of functional claims,the evaluation method,and functional claims,hoping to provide some reference for the competent authorities and researchers.
