随机对照临床评价中医药干预艾滋病疗效存在的问题及对策

RCT evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in AIDS efficacy problems and countermeasures

近年来,中医药干预艾滋病(AIDS)的临床疗效得到了普遍认可,随着AIDS临床研究的不断深入、医学治疗模式的转变,能够客观体现中医药远期临床疗效评价模式,是进行临床设计的关键。文章对RCT评价中医药防治AIDS的临床疗效存在问题进行分析,提出了运用多学科交叉的方法,建立AIDS长期、持续、系统地队列研究,应用倾向评分法处理混杂因素,根据不同暴露水平,以结局指标为主要评价指标,建立一种中医药干预AIDS的临床疗效评价模式,为中医药防治AIDS的临床研究提供新的思路,具有广阔的应用前景。

In recent years,the clinical efficacy of using traditional Chinese medicine to intervene in AIDS has been widely recognized.Along with the deepening of AIDS clinical study and the transformation of medical treatment mode,the key to clinical design is establishing an evaluation model that can objectively reflect the long-term clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.In this context,the problems of applying RCT to evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating AIDS were analyzed.A interdisciplinary approach was proposed to establish a long-term,sustained and systematic cohort study of AIDS.The propensity score method was applied to process hybrid factors.Based on different exposure levels,outcome indicators were selected as the main evaluation index.At last,an evaluation model that reflects the clinical efficacy of intervening in AIDS with traditional Chinese medicine was established.The model provides new ideas for the clinical research on using traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat AIDS,and has a wide range of potential applications.
