陈怀珍治疗脑病常用药对经验举隅

CHEN Huai-zhen’s experience of frequently-used couplet medicines in the treatment of encephalopathy

通过临证医案的收集和整理,总结和归纳出陈怀珍教授临床上常用的药对经验,主要列举了川芎和细辛、浙贝母和玄参、柴胡和枳实、栀子和淡豆豉、柴胡和升麻、肉桂和黄连、龙骨和牡蛎、女贞子和墨旱莲、白术和山药9组常用药对,文章分别从中药的四气五味论、升降浮沉论和虚实补泻论3个角度对药对配伍进行释意,并试分析和提炼出陈怀珍教授诊治脑病的配伍特点和立方思路。陈怀珍教授临证使用药对治疗脑病疗效显著,灵活伍用,值得学习和推广使用。

Through the collection and arrangement of clinical medical cases,this paper summarized and induced the clinical experience of professor CHEN Huai-zhen’s frequently-used couplet medicines,mainly enumerating Sichuan lovage rhizome and manchurian wildginger,thunberbg fritillary bulb and figwort root,Chinese thorowax root and immature orange fruit,cape jasmine fruit and fermented soybean,Chinese thorowax root and largetrifoliolious bugbane rhizome,cassia bark and golden thread,bone fossil of big mammals and oyster shell,glossy privet fruit and yerbadetajo herb,largehead atractylodes rhizome and common yam rhizome.This paper explained the compatibility of couplet medicines from three perspectives:the theory of four nature of drugs and five flavors,the theory of ascending and descending,the theory of reinforcing deficiency and reducing excess,and tries to analyze and refine the compatibility characteristics and prescribing ideas of professor CHEN Huai-zhen in the diagnosis and treatment of encephalopathy.Professor CHEN Huai-zhen’s frequently-used couplet medicines are effective and flexible in the treatment of encephalopathy,which is worth learning and popularizing.
