基于主成分分析和聚类分析评价决明子质量

Quality evaluation of Cassiae Semen based on principal component and cluster analysis

目的:为建立不同决明子提取物质量评价方法。方法:对29份不同产地决明子生品中6种蒽醌类成分含量进行主成分分析和聚类分析,并建立6种蒽醌的HPLC含量测定方法;对4个厂家10个商品化决明子提取物进行检测。结果:利用主成分分析法降维筛选出代表蒽醌苷元的3个主成分,特征根累积贡献率达86.651%;采用建立的主成分分析方法和聚类分析评价10份商品化决明子提取物可与29份不同产地决明子生品聚为4类,建立了多指标综合质量评价模式。结论:所建HPLC含量测定方法及聚类分析和主成分分析结果可为决明子提取物的质量控制提供参考。

Objective:To establish a more comprehensive evaluation system for evaluation of different Cassiae Semen extractions.Methods:The principal component and cluster analysis of six main anthraquinones from 29 Cassiae Semen came from different provinces were carried out,and these six anthraquinones from ten commercial Cassiae Semen extracts were analyzed by HPLC.Results:Three principal components on behalf of free anthraquinones were obtained,of which the accumulated variance contribution rate was 86.651%.Based on the values of principal component and cluster analysis,29 Cassiae Semen crude and ten commercial Cassiae Semen extracts were clustered into four groups.One comprehensive evaluation function standing for the quality of Cassiae Semen was obtained.Conclusion:Established HPLC,cluster analysis and principal component analysis results can provide reference for the quality control of Cassiae Semen.
