摘要
基于长江大学2013-2020年体育类研究生的就业数据,从就业规模、总体就业率和就业单位性质等方面着手分析体育类研究生就业状况。为了找寻体育类研究生就业存在的问题,对体育类研究生自身方面,高校方面和用人单位等三个方面分别进行问题研究。为了提升体育类研究生的就业质量,该文提出了四点建议:体育类研究生自身应转变就业观念,提高就业能力;高校应整合资源,完善就业指导体系;高校应对接市场需求,提高人才培养质量;政府部门应完善政策,提供资金支持。
Based on the employment data of sports postgraduates in Yangtze University from 2013 to 2020,this paper analyzes the employment situation of sports postgraduates from the aspects of employment scale,overall employment rate and the nature of employment units.In order to find the problems existing in the employment of sports graduate students,this paper studies the problems of sports graduate students themselves,universities and employers.In order to improve the employment quality of sports postgraduates,this paper puts forward four suggestions:sports postgraduates themselves should change the concept of employment,improve the ability of employment;Colleges and universities should integrate resources and perfect the employment guidance system;Colleges and universities should meet the market demand and improve the quality of talent training;Government departments should improve policies and provide financial support.
