高校社会体育指导与管理专业实习设计探究

社会体育指导与管理专业不仅要培养能对不同年龄和性别、不同运动层次、不同职业特性等群众进行科学、有效健身指导活动的专门人才,还需要使学生能成为各种级别和性质等大众体育活动的策划者、组织者和实施者,更应该成为推动体育经济和体育产业发展的主力军,是形成社会"大健康观"的主要推动剂,因而就需要学生不仅具备全面的专业知识和较好的技术技能水平,还应有较高的人文情怀和专业综合素养。因此,高校专业实习就成为必不可少、也是最重要的检验和促提高手段,也为学生能平稳踏入社会从事社会体育行业奠定了必要基础。

Social sports guidance and management major is mainly oriented to mass sports and social sports training can not only guide different age and gender,class features different sports level and the masses to carry on the scientific and effective fitness activities such as the specialized talented person,also need to enable students to become various levels and the nature of the mass sports activities such as planners,organizers and implementers,should become the main force to promote the development of sports economy and sports industry,is to form the main push of social"big China",which requires students not only have comprehensive professional knowledge and good technical skill level,also should have a higher humanity and professional comprehensive qualities.Therefore,professional practice in colleges and universities has become indispensable and the most important means of testing and promoting improvement,which also lays a necessary foundation for students to step into the society smoothly and engage in the social sports industry.
