运动员群体的稳定性是影响我国竞技体育水平的重要因素之一。基于心理资本强调个体的主观积极性,并能够通过开发而提升个体的积极态度和行为,从而提高运动员群体的稳定。因此,研究探讨了心理资本对运动员群体稳定性的影响程度及策略。结果:运动员心理资本与运动满意感和退役倾向之间的结构方程模型成立,心理资本可有效预测运动满意感,运动满意感可有效预测退役倾向,心理资本通过运动满意感作用于退役倾向,即运动满意感的中介效应。策略:将心理资本引入到运动员选材环节;加强运动员心理资本的培训;多维度领导风格,激发运动员心理资本;多元化激励方式。

The stability of athlete groups is one of the important factors that affect the level of competitive sports in China.Based on the psychological capital,it emphasizes the subjective enthusiasm of the individual,and can improve the positive attitude and behavior of the individual through the development,so as to improve the stability of the athlete group.Therefore,this paper studies the influence degree and strategy of psychological capital on the stability of athletes.Conclusions:There is a structural equation model between athletes’psychological capital and sports satisfaction and retirement tendency.Psychological capital can effectively predict sports satisfaction which can effectively predict retirement tendency.Psychological capital acts on retirement tendency through sports satisfaction,which is the intermediary effect of sports satisfaction.Strategies:Introduce psychological capital into the selection of athletes;Strengthen the training of psychological capital of athletes;Stimulate the psychological capital of athletes by multi-dimensional leadership style;Diversify incentive methods.
