Exploration on Sustainable Development of Physical FitnessActivities for the Elderly in the Community of Harbin

研究哈尔滨市社区老年人体育健身活动的现状,探索哈尔滨市社区老年人体育健身需求的发展趋势,为相关部门制定社区老年人的体育健身政策提供一定的理论依据。通过文献法、问卷调查法等方法,对哈尔滨市社区老年人体育健身功能的认知度与健身动机、体育健身场所的选择与改善需求、体育健身活动内容与组织方式进行调查。发现哈尔滨社区老年人体育健身活动中关于健身知识宣传、场地器材、室内体育健身活动场、体育健身活动的管理等方面存在的问题,不能满足社区老年人的体育健身活动需求,降低了老年人参与体育健身的积极性。提出加强宣传与培训工作,开放、开发学校健身场馆,改善健身器材等改善与发展社区老年人体育健身活动状况的措施。

To study the current situation of the physical fitness activities of the elderly in the community in Harbin,to explore the development trend of the physical fitness needs of the elderly in the community in Harbin,and to provide a certain theoretical basis for the relevant departments to formulate the physical fitness policies of the elderly in the community.The literature method and questionnaire survey method were used to investigate the awareness and motivation of the physical fitness function of the elderly in the Harbin community,the selection and improvement of physical fitness facilities,and the content and organization of physical fitness activities.It is found that there are problems in the promotion of fitness knowledge,venue equipment,indoor sports and fitness venues,and management of sports and fitness activities in the physical fitness activities of the elderly in the Harbin community,which cannot meet the needs of the elderly in the community and reduce their enthusiasm for participating in physical fitness;Propose measures to strengthen publicity and training,open and develop school gymnasiums,improve fitness equipment,and develop and improve community fitness activities for the elderly.
