北京冬奥会背景下群众性冰雪运动的发展

Study on the present situation of Mass Ice and Snow Sports under the background of Beijing Winter Olympic Games

在北京冬奥会的背景下,对群众性冰雪运动发展现状进行分析,以期为我国群众性冰雪运动发展提供理论依据。采用文献资料、数理统计、逻辑分析等研究方法。通过分析发现,自2015年北京申奥成功以来,我国冰雪运动研究文献数量呈现出明显的上升趋势,但关于群众性冰雪运动的研究仍然匮乏;群众性冰雪运动开展受普及度不高、专业人才短缺和场地设施缺乏、管理机制不完善等因素的影响。最后,针对群众性冰雪运动发展现状提出加强政策的实施,加大宣传力度,提高群众观念意识,促进冰雪场地设施开发,完善管理制度,培养专业人才,保障资金投入,建设冰雪小镇,注重青少年培养,建设冰雪特色学校的策略,从而加强我国群众性冰雪运动的发展。

Under the background of Beijing Winter Olympic Games,this paper analyzes the present situation of mass ice and snow sports,in order to provide theoretical basis for the development of mass ice and snow sports in China.Literature method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis and other research methods are adopted.Through the analysis,it is found that since the success of Beijing’s bid for the Olympic Games in 2015,the number of literature on ice and snow sports in China has shown an obvious upward trend,but the research on mass ice and snow sports is still scarce.The development of mass ice and snow sports is affected by the low popularity,the shortage of professionals and facilities,and the imperfect management mechanism.Finally,according to the current situation of the development of mass ice snow sports,the paper puts forward the strategies of strengthening the implementation of policies,strengthening the publicity,improving the awareness of the masses,promoting the development of ice snow facilities,improving the management system,training professional talents,ensuring the capital investment,building ice snow towns,focusing on the cultivation of young people and building schools with ice snow characteristics,So as to strengthen the development of mass ice and snow sports in China.
