北欧两项国家队备战2022年冬奥会路径探索

The Way of the Edploratlon of two Nordic national teams preparing for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games

目前国内的冰雪项目发展研究已经非常的迅速,但是像北欧两项这种比较冷门的项目,在项目研究上还有很大的空白。随着2022年冬奥会即将在北京举行,中国作为东道主,本次冬奥会有着全面参赛的战略目标,109项全面参赛,全部取得参赛资格。通过文献资料法、实地考察法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,针对目前北欧两项国家队发展中存在的场地设施不足、安全无保障、训练方法及手段不适合、开展较晚、差距大等问题,分析出国外训、制定安全的训练措施、聘请外教及中方教练辅助学习、扬长避短弯道超车等相应的解决策略,为北欧两项国家队在下一阶段更好的训练提供理论依据,以加速我国北欧两项项目的发展。

at present,the research on ice and snow project development in China has been very rapid,but there is still a large gap in the project research of two relatively cold projects like northern Europe.With the 2022 Winter Olympic Games to be held in Beijing,China,as the host country,has the strategic goal of full participation in this winter Olympic Games,109 items of full participation,all of which have been qualified.Through the methods of literature、field investigation、mathematical statistics and logical analysis,aiming at the problems existing in the development of the two Nordic national teams,such as insufficient field facilities、no guarantee of safety、unsuitable training methods and means、and large gap in the later development,this paper analyzes the overseas training,the formulation of safe training measures,the employment of foreign teachers and Chinese coaches to assist learning,the promotion of strengths and the avoidance of short corners and overtaking,etc.The corresponding solutions can provide theoretical basis for the better training of the Nordic national teams in the next stage,so as to accelerate the development of the two Nordic projects in China.
