摘要
2022年冬奥会为我国学校冬季冰雪运动的普及与发展创造了最佳机遇,以黑龙江省中小学校园冰雪运动特色学校为研究视角,探析黑龙江省冰雪运动进校园的阻滞因素和优化路径。运用文献综述法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,研究黑龙江省中小学校冰雪运动进校园的情况,认为阻滞冰雪运动进校园的因素主要体现在项目布局、教材建设、师资力量、场地器材、财政资金、政策执行等方面;同时,并从课程普及、推进试点、完善体系、加强统筹、创新机制等五个方面阐述推进冰雪运动进校园优化发展的对策与路径。
By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,this paper takes the characteristic schools of snow and ice sports in primary and secondary schools in heilongjiang province as the research perspective to explore the blocking factors and optimization paths of snow and ice sports in heilongjiang province.According to the research,the retarding factors are mainly reflected in the project layout,teaching material construction,teachers,site equipment,financial funds,policy implementation and other aspects.At the same time,the paper elaborates the optimized development path of ice and snow sports into campus from five aspects,including curriculum popularization,pilot promotion,system improvement,overall planning and innovation mechanism.
