摘要
文化回应式教学是一种关注经济社会弱势群体学生学习困境,通过在其家庭社区文化与学校主流文化间架设桥梁并根据学生群体原有知识、认知方式、学习风格、多元智力特长,选择相适应策略的教学方式。本文概要介绍了文化回应式教学奠基者日内瓦·盖伊的《文化回应式教学:理论、研究与实践》一书,归纳了该理论的内涵、特征和支撑其教学实践的四大支柱:文化关爱、文化沟通、课程内容整合和教学文化协调。文章探讨了这一教学方式的发展脉络、文化回应特征、交叉学科基础和实践特色。该书对我国教育现代化、提升教育质量与教育公平具有重要参考意义与借鉴价值。
Culturally-responsive teaching is a kind of attention to the economic and social disadvantaged groups of students learning difficulties,By building a bridge between the family and community culture and the mainstream culture of the school,and according to the students’original knowledge,cognitive style,learning style,multi-intelligence,then it can help choose the teaching method which is suitable for the strategy.This paper gives a brief introduction to the book Culturally Responsive Teaching:Theory,Research and Practice by Geneva Gay,who is well-known as the founder of culturally-responsive teaching.The paper sums up the connotation,characteristics and four pillars of the theory:culturally responsive caring;cultural and communication in the classroom;curriculum content integration and cultural congruity in teaching and learning.The paper discusses the development of this teaching method,the characteristics of culturally responsive teaching,inter-disciplinary basis and practical features.The paper expounds the reference value and significance for promoting educational fairness and improving the quality of education in our country’s educational modernization.
