博物馆文物支撑加固项目管理的几点问题

文物支撑加固工作不仅为展陈过程中文物的安全提供保障,更决定了文物在展览中的最终呈现方式。在现代博物馆展陈体系中,这是一项系统性工程,必须在有效的项目管理下进行,才能取得良好的效果。本文结合国外研究文献,依托中国国家博物馆近年来与国外博物馆合作办展所积累的经验,总结了文物支撑加固项目管理中流程、人员、设备、外联等方面的问题,为国内相关工作提供借鉴。

Supporting and mounting of objects not only guarantees the safety of collections in the exhibition,but also determines the final display mode.This is the systematic work in the modern museum exhibition,which must be carried out under effective project management to achieve good results.The paper combines foreign research literature and relies on the experience accumulated by the National Museum of China in cooperating with the foreign exhibition in recent years,summarizes the problem in the workflow,personnel,facilities,and international cooperation issues,so as to provide reference for the relevant work in China.
