摘要 21世纪以来,博物馆教育越来越受到社会各界的广泛关注,形成众多专业性、理论性成果。博物馆教育面向社会各类人员、群体,涉及内容庞杂而又存在一定局限。在探索多元展览形式以外,博物馆更应了解观众认知与需求,营造可供观众体验、互动与分享的空间,将传统意义上的收藏、研究与展示功能进行拓展。对此,应从观众视角出发,借鉴国内外典型案例,思考互动模式在博物馆公共教育中的重要性及体现方式,增强社会参与度,营造更有利于观众学习的良好环境。 Since the 21 st century,museum education is oriented to all kinds of social groups.It has increasingly gained extensive attentions from all walks of life,which has gradually led to a number of professional and theoretical research findings.Although the content involved is rich and complex,there are some drawbacks and limitations.In addition to exploring diverse exhibition forms,museums should also understand the audience’s cognition and needs,create a space for the audience to experience,interact and share,and expand the collection,research,and display functions in the traditional sense.In this regard,we should start from the perspective of the audience,learn from the typical cases at home and abroad,think about the importance and manifestation of interactive mode in the public education of museums,enhance social participation,and create a better environment conducive to the audience’s learning.
