中医针灸治疗硬皮病疗效的系统评价

Systematic review on therapeutic effect of acupuncture in treating scleroderma

目的:对中医针灸在硬皮病疗效进行系统、客观评价。方法:对中文数据库予以系统检索,筛选纳入中医针灸临床治疗硬皮病相关随机对照试验的研究文献,并引入RevMan 5.4软件对收集到的相关数据予以Meta分析。结果:有6篇设置了随机对照组的文章满足研究要求,涉及351例患者。通过Meta分析得到的结果显示,在总有效率方面,相较对照组(患者接受中西药口服治疗),治疗组(对照组疗法+中医针灸)更具优势,[OR=4.15,95%CI(2.43,7.10),Z=5.20,P<0.00001],差异有统计学意义。结论:在治疗硬皮病方面,中医针灸具有一定疗效。

Objective:To systematically and objectively evaluate the curative effect of Chinese acupuncture on scleroderma.Methods:Chinese database was searched systematically,and literatures related to randomized controlled trials of TCM acupuncture in clinical treatment of scleroderma were screened,and Revman 5.4 software was introduced to conduct Meta-analysis on the collected data.Results:Six articles with a randomized control group were determined to meet the study requirements,involving 351 patients.By Meta-analysis results are that:the total effective rate,compared with the control group(patients treated with Chinese and western medicine of oral administration),the treatment group(control group therapy plus acupuncture)has more advantages,(OR a value of 4.15,95%confidence interval(CI)of the value range is[2.43,7.10],at the same time satisfy the Z=5.20,not only that,but also meet the P<0.00001),significant difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:in the treatment of scleroderma,acupuncture has certain curative effect,however,in the selected documents are in Chinese literature,and exposed the sample size is not enough,the methodological quality of certain selective bias problems,will interfere with the final result,it is difficult to have good applicability,in the future should be set large sample,multicenter dimension and application,randomized,double-blind controlled clinical trial,in order to reveal the true efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of scleroderma.
