延续性护理管理干预对老年骨质疏松患者护理质量改善及遵医行为的影响研究

Study on the effect of continuous nursing management intervention on the improvement of nursing quality and compliance behavior of elderly patients with osteoporosis

目的:探讨延续性护理管理干预对老年骨质疏松患者护理质量改善及遵医行为影响。方法:选择2017年10月-2020年2月医院接收的104例老年骨质疏松患者为研究对象。随机分为观察组(52例)和对照组(52例)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予延续性护理管理干预。比较两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、视觉模拟疼痛(Visual Analogue Scale/Score,VAS)评分、自我护理能力评分、遵医行为、生活质量评分及不良事件发生情况。结果:观察组患者干预后SAS和SDS低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后VAS评分低于对照组患者(P<0.05),自我护理能力评分高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后遵医行为依从性优于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组患者干预后生理领域、心理领域、社会关系、独立性、环境、精神及总体质量评分均高于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组患者干预后不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年骨质疏松患者应用延续性护理管理干预能够提高护理质量,改善预后。

Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing management intervention on the improvement of nursing quality and compliance behavior of elderly patients with osteoporosis.Methods:104 elderly patients with osteoporosis hospitalized from October 2017 to February 2020 were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group(52 cases)and the control group(52 cases).The control group were given routine nursing,while the observation group were given continuous nursing management intervention,with the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores,the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores,self-care ability scores,compliance behavior,quality of life scores,and occurrence of adverse events between the two groups compared.Results:After intervention,the SAS and SDS of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the self-care ability score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the compliance of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the scores of the physiological field,the psychological field,the social relationship,the independence,the environment,the spirit and the overall quality of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of continuous nursing management intervention in elderly patients with osteoporosis can improve the quality of nursing and improve the prognosis.
