新冠肺炎疫情背景下营养与健康课程线上教学效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析新冠肺炎疫情期间营养与健康课程线上教学效果情况。方法:对2018级临床医学专业学生营养与健康课程开展线上教学,采用问卷调查和考核考试收集基本信息,采用t检验和方差分析进行统计分析。结果:平时成绩、期末考试成绩及总成绩成绩相对集中,离散程度低,变异系数均在6.0%左右,平时成绩与期末考试成绩呈正相关关系(r=0.499,P<0.001)。仅有手机的学生平时成绩低于既有手机又有电脑/平板的学生(P<0.05),使用wifi不担心流量的学生各项成绩均高于使用移动数据担心流量的学生(P<0.05),且设备信号良好稳定者期末考试成绩高于信号差的学生(P<0.05),而选择不同线上教学方式的学生成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:新冠肺炎背景下课程线上教学效果良好,但学习设备、数据流量状况、网络信号状况等网络教学环境在一定程度上影响学习成绩。 Objective:To analyze the teaching effect of the Online course of《nutrition and health》in the setting of the COVID-19 pandemic.Methods:Online teaching was carried out in the course of《nutrition and health》for undergraduate who enrolled in 2018 and majored in clinical medicine.Basic information was collected by questionnaires and examination.A t-test and ANOVA were used to do statistical analysis.Results:The formative grades,final exam grades and total grades are relatively concentrated,with low degree of dispersion and coefficient of variation around 6%.There was a significant positive correlation between the formative grades and final exam grades(r=0.499,P<0.001).The formative grades of undergraduate with cell phones alone was significantly lower than that of who with both cell phone and computer/tablet(P<0.05).Undergraduates who used wifi and did not worry about data volume had significantly higher grades than who used mobile data and worried about data volume(P<0.05),and undergraduates with good and stable network signal performed significantly higher grades in the final exam than who with poor signal(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in grades between the different ways of online teaching(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the setting of COVID-19 pandemic,the effect of online teaching is good,but the online teaching environment affects the learning performance to a certain extent,such as learning equipment,data volume and network signal.
