胶体金法检测新型冠状病毒特异性IgM和IgG抗体的假阳性结果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨造成胶体金法检测新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)特异性IgM和IgG抗体假阳性的可能因素。方法:2020年2月26日至2020年3月15日就诊于包头医学院第二附属医院患者血清样本共1067份,采用胶体金法检测患者血清中2019-nCoV特异性IgM和IgG抗体,并对抗体检测呈阳性反应的标本进行病毒核酸检测。结果:从1067例样本中,胶体金法检出15例阳性,其中1例为IgM(+)IgG(+),其余14例为IgM(+)IgG(-)。上述15例标本的2019-nCoV核酸检测结果均为阴性,进一步结合流行病学史及临床表现排除2019-nCoV感染。结论:采用胶体金法检测2019-nCoV特异性IgM和IgG抗体时,需正确判断IgM和IgG检测阳性的真假,避免假阳性结果对临床诊断的误导。 Objective:To analyze the possible factors causing false positive reactions of colloidal gold method in detection of novel coronavirus 2019-nCoV specific IgM and IgG antibodies.Methods:A total of 1067 serum samples were collected from patients who visited the Second Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College between February 26,2020 and March 15,2020.Novel coronavirus specific IgM and IgG in serum of the patients were detected using colloidal gold method.The antibody-positive samples were further detected for novel coronavirus nucleic acid by the real-time PCR method.Results:Among 1067 specimens detected by colloidal gold method,15 were positive for specific IgM and IgG in serum.One case was both IgM and IgG positive,the other 14 cases were IgM positive and IgG negative.The results of nucleic acid detection of all antibody-positive samples were negative.Moreover,epidemiological and clinical characteristic analysis exclude the diagnosis of novel coronavirus infection.Conclusion:In the detection of 2019 ncov specific IgM and IgG by colloidal gold method,it is important to distinguishIgM and IgG reactivity caused by primary infection from that caused by disturbing factors leading to false positive results,avoiding misleading in the clinical diagnosis.
