新冠肺炎期间事业单位人员手卫生的认知和实施情况调查分析

Investigation and analysis of cognition and implementation of hand hygiene in public institutions during the period of novel coronavirus pneumonia

目的:在新型冠状肺炎疫情期间,调查事业单位工作人员手卫生相关知识及其对手卫生的认知程度,从而为疫情防控提供理论依据和数据支持。方法:采用"Redcap"线上问卷的方式收集2020年2月25日-3月21日期间341名事业单位工作人员在新型冠状肺炎疫情防控期间的手卫生的相关知识和认知度的情况,有效问卷是321份,有效率是94.13%,进行整理分析。问卷内容包括:一般情况、手卫生认知及实施情况。采用SPSS 21.0软件对数据进行统计分析,等级资料采用两独立样本、多个样本比较的秩和检验;正态分布的连续型变量采用均数加减标准差表示,组内比较采用配对t检验。结果:1.事业单位工作人员新型冠状肺炎疫情突发时期的手卫生认知程度普遍较高:优为68.85%;良为13.08%;中为7.48%;差为10.59%。2.事业单位工作人员疫情期间,一般情况中,学历对手卫生的认知及实施情况有影响且有统计学差异,其中本科及大专对手卫生的认知程度及实施情况最好。3.事业单位工作人员疫情前后关于手卫生的认知及实施情况有明显差异,且有统计学意义。4.事业单位工作人员肺炎疫情突发时期信息获得途径:疾病科普性质的电视、广播节目(20.21%),社区医院宣教(19.27%);疾病科普性质的微信公众号、微博(17.28%);大型门户网站或论坛(如新浪、搜狐)(14.55%)、家人/朋友/同事(14.55%);面向医生的医学学术网站或论坛(如丁香园、医脉通)(12.04%);很少关注(0.94%);其他(1.15%)。结论:事业单位工作人员对手卫生的认知及实施情况偏高,对疫情防控具有重要的作用。

Objective:To explore the cognition of hand hygiene knowledge of staffs of public institutions during the period of novel coronavirus pneumonia,providing theoretical basis and data support for epidemic prevention and control.provide theoretical basis and data support for epidemic prevention and control.Method:The knowledge and awareness of hand hygiene of 341 public institution staff s during the period of February 25 to March 21,2020,it were collected by"redcap"online questionnaire during the period of February 25 to March 21,2020.The effective questionnaire was 321 and the effective rate was 94.13%.The questionnaire includes:general situation,hand hygiene cognition and implementation.It was used to analyze the data by SPSS 21.0 software.The rank data were tested by rank sum of two independent samples and multiple samples.The continuous variables of normal distribution were represented by mean plus minus standard deviation,and the intra group comparison was performed by paired t-test.Results:1.The awareness of hand hygiene in the outbreak period of new-typenovel coronary pneumonia was generally high:excellent was 68.85%;good was 13.08%;medium was 7.48%;and poor was 10.59%.2.During the epidemic period of public institutions,there are statistical differences in the cognition of hand hygiene among different educational backgroundgenerally speaking,the cognition and implementation of the health of the educated opponents have influence and statistical difference,.Undergraduate and college students have the best cognition and implementation of hand hygieneamong which the cognition and implementation of the health of the undergraduates and junior college opponents are the best.3.There were significant differences in the cognition and implementation of hand hygiene among the staffs of public institutions before and after the epidemic.4.The ways of information obtained of public institution staffs during the period of novel coronavirus pneumonia were:TV and radio programs for disease popularizationThe information of the staff members in the institutions during the outbreak of pneumonia was:the popular science TV programs(20.21%),the community hospitals(19.27%),the WeChat official account of the diseases,and the micro-blog for disease popularization(17.28%)of the disease,the large network of websiteslarge portals or forums(such as Sina,Sohu)(14.55%),family/friends/colleagues(14.55%),and medical academic website or forum for doctorsmedical science for doctors.Website or Forum(such as dingxiangyuan,yimaitong)(12.04%);little attention(0.94%);and others(1.15%).Conclusion:The awareness and implementation of hand hygiene in public institutions areis on the high sidegood,which plays an important role in epidemic prevention and control.
