基于远程控制与监测的复合供暖系统实验平台

摘要 针对当前太阳能供暖系统维护时效低、人力成本高的问题,以太阳能—空气源热泵供暖系统为案例,给出了一种实现供暖系统远程控制和监测的低成本、高可靠性的解决方案.方案包括基于PLC和远程通信盒的硬件系统,以及基于温差控制逻辑的自动运行算法.该套系统硬件结构简单,投资成本低.通过供暖实验验证,系统运行稳定,供暖效果良好,可为相关领域的工程技术人员提供参考. In order to solve the problems of low maintenance efficiency and high labor cost of solar heating system,taking the solar-air source heat pump heating system as an example,a low-cost and highly reliable solution to realize remote control and monitoring of heating system was obtained.The scheme includes hardware system based on PLC and remote communication box and automatic running algorithm based on temperature difference control logic.The system has simple hardware structure and low investment cost.Through the heating experiment,it is shown that the system runs stably and the heating effect is good,providing reference for the engineers and technicians in related fields.
