Shallow Analysis of the Inverter Power Frequency/Variable Frequency Switch Malfunction and Processing

本文作者根据某发电厂,在锅炉满负荷情况下,改善辅机设备运行工况,提高机组效率,进行变频器变频切工频操作,由于设备性能掌握不够,切换时操作配合、协调欠妥,导致锅炉熄火。通过分析,提出操作改进措施,并结合本次发生的锅炉熄火现象,从技术角度找出确保切换成功的方法,供广大读者参考。

In this paper,the author,according to a certain power plant under the condition of full load,improve the auxiliary equipment operation condition,improve the efficiency of the unit,the inverter frequency cut frequency operation,the equipment performance to master is not enough,when switching operation coordination,coordination owe,lead to the boiler flameout.Through the analysis,operation improvement measures are put forward,and combined with the boiler flameout occur,from the technical point of view to ensure the success of the switch,the method of reference for the readers.
