摘要
本文主要涉及山东某水泥厂原煤堆棚输送及破碎系统电机的节能改造,介绍了以高效节能电机为核心手段针对入煤皮带机、堆煤皮带机、均化棚煤破碎机改造的应用效果,经专业机构应用检测,节电率高达30%以上。
This paper mainly deals with the energy-saving transformation of the motor in the conveying and crushing system of raw coal storage shed in a cement plant in Shandong Province.It introduces the application effect of the transformation of the coal conveyor,coal storage belt conveyor and homogenizing shed coal crusher with the high efficiency and energy-saving motor as the core means.Through the application and testing of professional organizations,the electricity-saving rate is up to 30%.
