摘要
通过引入达西定律,可导出玻纤灌注时树脂的渗透率与玻纤层合板的孔隙率息息相关,而玻纤层合板孔隙率可通过实验灼烧法测得。根据灌注垂直距离与灌注时间之间的关系,可得出相同树脂在不同玻纤材料中的渗透率,进而得出玻纤层合板的孔隙率。在玻纤织物面密度和厚度基本同等的条件下,讨论了玻纤层合板孔隙率对层合板玻纤及其厚度的影响,并测试了玻纤层合板的力学性能。试验结果表明:玻纤层合板孔隙率大小影响着层合板的静态力学性能,且玻纤层合板孔隙率较大的层合板力学性能明显弱于玻纤层合板孔隙率较低的。
By introducing Darcy’s law,it can be deduced that the permeability of resin during glass fiber infusion is closely related to the porosity of glass fiber laminate,and the porosity of glass fiber laminate can be measured by the experimental burning method.According to the relationship between the vertical infusion distance and the infusion time,the permeability of the same resin into different glass fiber materials can be obtained,and hence the porosity of glass fiber laminate.Under the condition that the area density and thickness of the glass fiber fabrics are basically the same,the influence of the porosity of glass fiber laminate on the glass fiber content and thickness of the laminate was discussed,and the mechanical properties of the glass fiber laminate were tested.The test results showed that the porosity of glass fiber laminate affects the static mechanical properties of the laminate,and the mechanical properties of the glass fiber laminate with a larger porosity were obviously lower than those of the glass fiber laminate with a lower porosity.
