摘要
研究了玻璃纤维直接无捻粗纱的卷绕过程,通过运动分析等方法,推导出了直接纱拉丝机的转速函数,并分析了实际漏板流量、丝饼密度设置对拉丝定长和线密度的影响程度,通过对函数计算得出生产各种产品时不同情况下的定长和线密度偏差具体数值。结果表明:实际漏板流量和设置密度均与定长呈正比关系;实际漏板流量与线密度呈正比,且影响丝饼内层大于外层,设置密度与线密度呈反比,且影响丝饼外层大于内层。
The winding process of direct roving is studied,including the derivation of winding speed function of the direct roving winder by means of motion analysis,and the analysis of the influences of bushing pull rate and cake density setting on the fixed length and linear density of roving.The deviation values of fixed length and linear density under different conditions of producing various products can be obtained by calculating the function.The results show that the influence of bushing pull rate and cake density setting are proportional to the fixed length,that the influence of bushing pull rate is proportional to the linear density of roving and it is larger on the inner layers of the roving package than on the outer layers,and that the influence of the cake density setting is inversely proportional to the linear density of roving and it is larger on the outer layers than on the inner layers.
