不同结构参数对碳布性能的影响

摘要 以T800-6K碳纤维制备的碳布为研究对象,研究了不同经纬密度以及同种经密不同经纬纱股数配比对其厚度及经向拉伸断裂强力的影响,通过实验测试方法,验证了碳布性能与织物经纬密、纱线股数配比间的对应关系。结果表明:碳布厚度随着经纬密的增加而增加,经纱股数对织物厚度的影响要大于纬纱股数;同时碳布经向拉伸性能随着经纬密的增加而提高,纬纱股数增加对其经向拉伸断裂强力影响相对较小。 The research target in this paper is the carbon cloth prepared from T800-6K carbon fiber.The influence of different fabric count as well as the same warp count with different ratio between warp and weft numbers on the cloth thickness and warp-wise tensile breaking strength was studied.The relationship between the properties of carbon cloth and the fabric count and the ratio of warp and weft numbers was verified by experimental testing.The results showed that the thickness of carbon cloth increased with the increase of warp and weft counts,and the effect of warp number on the fabric thickness was greater than that of weft number.At the same time,the warp-wise tensile properties of carbon cloth increased with the increase of warp and weft counts,and the increase of weft number had relatively little effect on the warp-wise tensile breaking strength.
