Green Development under the Belt and Road Initiative Is Promising

和平与发展是当今时代的主题,也是时代的命题。国家主席习近平指出,“面对时代命题,中国愿同国际合作伙伴共建‘一带一路’。我们要通过这个国际合作新平台,增添共同发展新动力,把‘一带一路’建设成为和平之路、繁荣之路、开放之路、绿色之路、创新之路、文明之路”。而共建绿色“一带一路”表明,“一带一路”不是纯粹的经济发展道路。

Peace and development are the theme and the call of our time.Chinese President Xi Jinping said,"In response to the call of the times,China is ready to work with international partners to jointly build the Belt and Road.We should use this new platform of international cooperation to add new impetus to common development and build the Belt and Road into a road of peace.
