我国男性青年视盘形态的统计分析

AN INVESTIGATION OF THE OPTIC DISC IN NORMAL YOUNG CHINESE MALES

笔者在体检中对我国16~18岁男性青年的视盘情况做了统计分析:计250正常人500只眼,其中视盘边界清晰者有449只眼(89.8%),具有乳头上膜者7眼(1.4%);视网膜具有有髓神经纤维者6眼(1.2%),具有睫状血管者(包括动脉和静脉)68眼(13.6%)。视盘上的血管数平均为20.79±2.93条。杯/盘比值(横径)≥0.6者有25眼(5%),其余475眼杯/盘比值均在0.6以下。此外对166眼的视杯形态作了观察并分作5型:ⅠⅡ型为漏斗型和圆柱型,计93眼(56%);其余3型视杯略有倾斜,计73眼(44%)。最后对视杯形态不同的原因略作讨论。

The author of this paper made an investigation of the shape of optic discs in 250 normal male subjects(500 normal eyes)aged 16-18,during physical examination.An optic disc with clear margin was revealed in 449 eyes(89.8%).Seven fundi out of the 500 eyes showed an epipapillary membrane.The incidence was 1.4%.The medullated nerve fibers on the retina were found in six eyes(1.2%).The cilio-retiual vessels(including the arteries and veins)were present in 68 eyes(13.6%).The average number of the vessels on the opticdisc was 20.79±2.93.25 eyes(5%)had a cup/disc ratio(horizontal diameter)of≥0.6.The rest eyes(475 eyes)were<0.6.The shape of the optic cup in 166 eyes was investigated and could be grouped into 5 types:TypeⅠandⅡwhich were funnel shaped and cylindrical occured in 93 eyes(56%).The rest(typeⅢ,ⅣandⅤ)that were slightly oblique made up 44%of the total.Finally the cause of the variations in the shape of the optic cup was discussed.
