中华医学会杂志社积极探索现代化出版管理与运营模式,锻造高品质学术期刊集群,促进医学期刊领域创新发展。通过4个“统一”模式,加强期刊管理和运营,促进集约化发展;借助标准化、规范化夯实平台基础,提升多元服务能力;已经形成编辑、出版、传播、利用全链条的数字化转型,实现了集约化发展。未来,将进一步加强品牌建设、孵育集约效能、发展数字经济面向集团化发展。中华医学会杂志社在办刊思想、制度、标准、出版经营制度规范化方面的探索,推进科技期刊集群化发展延伸产业链,健全科技期刊知识服务体系,建设基于大数据和数字经济理念的生态级平台,对推动我国科技期刊实现数字化、专业化转型与集团化转变进行了良好实践。实践证明,集约化管理可强化期刊的专业化出版、加强人才队伍建设、加速科技出版效率、提升期刊内容质量、降低工作成本并持续增强经营能力。

The Chinese Medical Association Publishing House actively explores a modern publishing management and operation model,forges a cluster of high-quality academic journals,and promotes the innovation and development of the field of medical journals.Through the four“unified”models,the publishing house strengthen the management and operation of journals and promote intensive development;consolidate the platform foundation and enhance diversified service capabilities with the help of standardization;and have formed a digital transformation of the whole chain of editing,publishing,dissemination and utilization,achieving intensive development.In the future,we will further strengthen brand building,incubate intensive efficiency,and develop the digital economy to face the development of collectivization.The Chinese Medical Association Publishing House has explored the standardization of the ideology,system,standard and publishing operation of the journal,promoted the cluster development of science and technology journals and extended the industrial chain,improved the knowledge service system of science and technology journals,and built an ecological-level platform based on the concept of big data and digital economy,which has made good practices for promoting the digitalization,professional transformation and group transformation of Chinese science and technology journals.Practice has proved that intensive management can strengthen the professional publication of journals,strengthen the construction of talent teams,accelerate the efficiency of publishing,improve the quality of journal content,reduce work costs and continuously enhance business capabilities.
