针对中国知网网络首发对稿件录用流程的优化——以《无机材料学报》为例 被引量:9

Optimization of academic papers’ accepting process according to online first publishing on third-party database platform

摘要 第三方数据库(中国知网)的录用定稿网络首发功能可以显著缩短科技论文的网络出版周期,但网络首发属于正式出版,对文章质量有较高要求,而传统的稿件处理流程不利于论文的抢先发表。本文总结《无机材料学报》采用该功能出现的各种错误,分为基本信息错误、排版错误、PDF转换错误和校对错误,阐述在稿件入库、退修、编辑和录用阶段的注意事项,提出了对相应步骤进行调整的建议。采用本文的解决方案4个月后,《无机材料学报》的录用定稿基本可以一次性通过中国知网的审核、顺利上线,在纸质版出版前6~8个月实现网络首发,比中国知网原有的优先出版功能提前了5~7个月。 "Accepted manuscript"function of first online publishing on CNKI can significantly reduce papers’internet publishing period.In respect that the accepted manuscripts on CNKI,officially published online,are highly demanded,this paper accumulated the faults from practical application on Journal of Inorganic Materials and divided them into 4 series:basic information,typographical,PDF conversion,and proofreading faults,upgraded the requirements on the steps of manuscript receiving,revising,editing and accepting,and gave out the suggestions of minor regulations on these processes.After this strategy was carried out in editorial department of Journal of Inorganic Materials,the accepted manuscripts can be submitted without return or revision,published on internet 6-8 months before the printed editions,5-7 months earlier than the original function on CNKI.
