基于文献计量学的版权保护研究进展、热点与趋势分析

本文系统认识了近六年间国内版权保护研究的全局特征,把握当前版权保护的研究热点,并根据当前研究热点探究未来发展新趋势。以中国知网(CNKI)收录的版权保护相关文献作为数据源,以科学文献计量的方法,运用CiteSpace,从文献的研究机构、作者以及关键词聚类等方面绘制科学知识图谱进行可视化定量分析以梳理研究脉络。本文对从中国知网(CNKI)中检索到的与版权保护领域相关的3108篇文献进行分析,发现目前版权保护研究已形成一批核心学者,相关研究者逐渐形成团队,但规模较小,合作不够密切。相关研究机构合作网络逐渐形成。关键词分析结果表明,研究热点主要集中在区块链数字版权保护、传统媒体版权保护、电子书版权保护、实用艺术作品版权保护、短视频版权保护、数字水印版权保护等方面。

The author systematically understands the global characteristics of domestic copyright protection research in the last six years,grasps the current research hotspots of copyright protection,and explores the new trend of future development according to the current research hotspots.Copyright protection related literature collected by CNKI was used as the data source,and CiteSpace was used to draw a map of scientific knowledge from the aspects of research institutions,authors,keyword clustering and other aspects of literature for visual quantitative analysis to sort out the research context.In this paper,3108 literatures related to copyright protection retrieved from CNKI have been analyzed.At present,a group of core scholars represented by Peng Guibing,Huang Xianrong,Liang Zhiwen and Chu Yue have been formed.The related researchers have gradually formed a team,but the scale is small and the cooperation is not close enough.A cooperative network of related research institutions has gradually taken shape,mainly involving universities and colleges.The results of keyword analysis show that the research hotspots mainly focus on block chain digital copyright protection,traditional media copyright protection,electronic book copyright protection,practical art works copyright protection,short video copyright protection,digital watermarking copyright protection and other aspects.
