区域文化产业发展驱动力研究——以北京市丰台区为例

文化产业是为社会公众提供文化及相关产品的生产活动的集合,其发展受不同因素综合作用。党的十八大以来我国文化产业进入高速发展期,已成为经济增长的新动能和新引擎。本文根据产业要素配置理论,以北京市丰台区文化产业发展为例,从历史文化资源要素驱动、产业园区集聚驱动、产业政策要素驱动等方面分析区域文化产业发展的驱动力。在区域文化产业发展中,地方特色历史文化资源的创新转化为文化产业提升奠定良好的产业要素基础;文化园区的集聚效应促进了产业要素的合理配置;政策扶持体系的引导保障为激发文化产业市场活力提供了良好助力。

The cultural industry is a collection of production activities that provide culture and related products to the public,and its development is affected by the combined effects of different factors.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,my country’s cultural industry has entered a period of rapid development and has become a new kinetic energy and new engine for economic growth.Based on the theory of industrial factor allocation,this paper takes the development of cultural industry in Fengtai District,Beijing as an example,and analyzes the driving force of regional cultural industry development from the aspects of historical cultural resource factor driving,industrial park agglomeration driving,and industrial policy factor driving.In the development of Fengtai region,the innovative transformation of historical and cultural resources with local characteristics has laid a good foundation of industrial elements for the promotion of cultural industries.The agglomeration effect of cultural parks promotes the rational allocation of industrial elements.The policy support system has provided good assistance for stimulating the vitality of the cultural industry market.
