数字经济对城市公共体育服务高质量发展的影响和门槛效应

The Impact and Threshold Effect of the Digital Economy on High-quality Development of Public Sports Service in Cities

利用2016—2020年公共体育服务的相关数据,匹配262个城市滞后一期的数字经济相关数据,测度城市数字经济和公共体育服务高质量发展,分析数字经济对城市公共体育服务高质量发展的影响。研究发现,数字经济对城市公共体育服务高质量发展具有积极作用,且存在倒U型关系。通过替换被解释变量和解释变量,进行稳健性检验;引入工具变量,进行内生性检验;区分不同地区、中心外围、沿海内陆等城市组别,进行异质性检验;将产业结构升级和生产性服务业集聚作为调节变量,进行机制分析,估计异质性调节效应;将数字经济发展水平和人口规模作为门槛变量,进行门槛效应分析。根据研究结论,提出发挥数字经济促进公共体育服务高质量发展的积极作用,要因地制宜、因产施策、因时而动等相应政策建议。

Matching the data of public sports services from 2016 to 2020 with the data of digital economic development in 262 cities from 2015 to 2019 and measuring the high-quality development of urban digital economy and public sports services,this paper analyses the impact of the digital economy on high-quality development of public sports service.The main conclusion is that the digital economy has a positive impact on high-quality development of public sports services in cities with an inverse U-shape relationship.The robustness test is based on replacing the dependent and independent variables;the endogeneity test is involved with instrumental variables;the heterogeneity test is grouped by regions,core-periphery,and coastal-inland cities;moderating effect is recognized from upgrade of industrial structure and agglomeration of producer services;threshold effect is measured by the digital development and population scale.According to the above conclusions,it is suggested that to give full play to the positive role of digital economy in promoting high-quality development of public sports services,we should take measures according to local conditions,implement policies for specific industries,and take actions in response to the times.
