摘要
运动训练理论的发展对于运动训练活动的进行有着重要的导向作用。现代竞技体育120多年的发展进程中,国际运动训练学理论界逐渐形成了苏/俄、德国、美国等代表性学术流派。近年来,中国运动训练界努力提高理论研究与竞技实践的科学化水平,在核心概念的科学界定、运动训练理论体系的结构性调整、竞技能力理论的发展、训练计划的科学制定等方面推出了多层面、多维度的理论创新成果,为我国运动员在国际赛场取得辉煌赛绩提供了有力的理论指导,已然逐步建立起具有鲜明特色的中国学派。客观地梳理国际运动训练理论的发展轨迹,正确地评价中国运动训练学理论的发展状况,清醒认知中国学派的未来发展,对于加强我国运动训练的理论自信,加强我国竞技体育发展的道路自信,有着重要的理论意义和实践意义。
The development of sports training theory plays a crucially guiding role in the conduct of sports training activities.Over the past 120 years of modern competitive sports development,the international sports training theory has gradually formed representative academic schools such as the Soviet/Russian school,German school,and American school.In recent years,China’s sports training community has made efforts to enhance the scientific level of theoretical research and athletic practice.It has introduced multi-dimensional theoretical innovations in the scientific definition of core concepts,structural adjustments to the sports training theory system,development of athletic ability theory,and scientific formulation of training plans.These achievements have provided strong theoretical guidance for Chinese athletes to achieve outstanding results on the international stage,gradually establishing a distinctive Chinese school.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to objectively review the development trajectory of international sports training theory,accurately assess the development status of China’s sports training theory,and soberly understand the future development of the Chinese school.This is also theoretically and practically important for strengthening the confidence in the theory of China’s sports training,and reinforcing the confidence in the path of the development of China’s competitive sports.
