智慧体育产业发展的国际经验与本土策略

The International Experience and Local Strategies of Smart Sports Industry

采用文献资料法,以智慧体育产业发展为研究对象,旨在总结智慧体育产业发展的国际经验,并分析我国智慧体育产业发展的本土困境和优化策略,为我国智慧体育产业发展提供案例参考、经验借鉴和理论依据。研究发现:国外智慧体育产业的发展主要得益于政府的顶层政策设计,将智慧体育产业的发展融入智慧城市建设规划中,同时围绕用户需求打造全面且均衡的产业内容,并协同各方加大投入、参与智慧体育产业科技创新。而我国智慧体育产业发展起步晚,智慧体育产业政策落地过程中还缺少细化的支撑体系,业内还没有系统化的智慧体育产业内容开发,科技创新也面临人才和资金短缺的问题。研究建议:从服务平台、法律支撑和产业布局3个方面完善智慧体育产业政策体系;企业自身则要坚持市场导向,瞄准日趋个性化的用户需求开发智慧体育产品和服务内容;政府利用财政和政策工具为体育科技创新解决人才和资金问题。

Using literature review,this paper aims to summarize the international experience of the development of the smart sports industry,analyzes the local dilemma and optimization strategies of the development of China’s smart sports industry,and provides case references and experiences for the development of China’s smart sports industry.The research finds that the development of smart sports industry abroad mainly benefits from the government’s top-level policy design,which integrates the development of smart sports industry into the smart city construction plan,and at the same time creates comprehensive and balanced industrial content around user needs,and coordinates with all parties to increase investment and participation in the technological innovation of the smart sports industry.However,the development of China’s smart sports industry started late,and there is still a lack of detailed support system in the implementation process of smart sports industry policies.There is no systematic development of smart sports industry content in the industry,and technological innovation is still facing the problem of shortage of talents and funds.The study suggests to improve the smart sports industry policy system from three aspects:service platform,legal support and industrial layout;enterprises themselves should adhere to market orientation,targeting the increasingly personalized user needs to develop smart sports products and services;the government should use fiscal and policy tools to solve the problems of talents and funds for sports technology innovation.
