摘要
目的:通过经颅脉冲电刺激(tPCS)对体力任务疲劳和认知参与下体力任务疲劳的运动员进行干预,探究tPCS对不同任务后的疲劳消除效果。方法:30名大学生运动员随机均分为A、B这2组,其中,A组在跑台上进行体力任务,B组在进行体力任务的同时加入认知任务,随后使用主观疲劳量表(RPE)筛选出RPE在8分以上的受试者并进行tPCS干预(刺激强度1.5 mA,刺激时间20 min),所有受试者在干预前后均进行心率变异性(HRV)、氧合血红蛋白(HbO2)浓度和RPE的数据收集。结果:1)tPCS干预后A、B这2组的RPE和低频率(LF)值显著下降(P<0.05),指标R-R间期均值标准差(SDNN)、高频率(HF)和HbO2浓度的值显著上升(P<0.05)。2)tPCS干预后B组各指标的变化差值均大于A组,其中HF的变化率差值最大,为18.20%。3)A、B这2组的RPE和HbO2的差值呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:1)在运动后使用tPCS干预对运动性疲劳的消除效果作用显著。2)在数学计算的参与下,tPCS对运动性疲劳的消除效果更大。
Objective:This study aims to investigate the effect of tPCS on eliminating fatigue after different tasks by intervening in athletes with physical task fatigue and physical task fatigue under cognitive participation through transcatheter pulsed current stimulation(tPCS).Methods:30 college athletes were randomly divided into two groups,Group A and Group B.Group A performed physical tasks on the treadmill,while group B performed physical tasks and cognitive tasks simultaneously.Afterwards,participants with Ratings of Perceived Exertion(RPE)scores of 8 or above were selected and received transcranial pulsed current stimulation(tPCS)intervention(stimulation intensity of 1.5 mA,stimulation duration of 20 minutes).All participants had their heart rate variability(HRV),concentration of oxygenated hemoglobin(HbO2),and RPE data collected before and after the intervention.Results:1)After tPCS intervention,both group A and group B showed a significant decrease in RPE and low-frequency(LF)values(P<0.05),and a significant increase in the values of standard deviation of the NN interval(SDNN),high-frequency(HF),and HbO2 concentration(P<0.05);2)After tPCS intervention,the magnitude of change in each indicator was greater in Group B than that in Group A,with the highest difference observed in the change rate of HF at 18.20%;3)There was a significant positive correlation between the difference in RPE and HbO2 values for both group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:1)The use of tPCS intervention after exercise significantly contributes to the elimination of exercise induced fatigue;2)tPCS has a greater effect on the elimination of exercise induced fatigue during mathematical calculations.
