我国体育与健康课程学业质量评价的学理逻辑与实践路向 被引量:4

Theoretical Logic and Practical Direction of Academic Quality Evaluation of Physical Education and Health Curriculum in China

摘要 在核心素养时代,深入探讨我国体育与健康课程学业质量评价不仅是进一步深化教育评价改革的重要举措,更事关体育教育事业的科学发展。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对我国体育与健康课程学业质量评价的基本内涵、学理逻辑、现实困境和实践路向进行分析。研究认为:体育与健康课程学业质量评价应遵循人的“生成性存在”逻辑、循证教育逻辑和实践育人逻辑。在此基础上,指出我国当前体育与健康课程学业质量评价面临的现实困境:以考代评,忽视评价的过程性与真实性;方法单一,降低评价的针对性与科学性;主体缺位,影响评价的专业性与实效性。针对这些困境,提出以下发展路径:区分考试与评价,让评价回归“育人”本位;创新多种评价方法,使评价结果趋于精准化;协同多元评价主体,构建客观公正评价机制,最终构建真正促进学生全面发展的、符合体育学科且具中国特色的体育与健康课程学业质量评价体系。 In the era of core literacy,the in-depth discussion of academic quality evaluation of physical education and health curriculum in China not only is an important measure to further deepen the reform of educational evaluation,but also is related to the scientific development of physical education.By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper makes an analysis of the basic connotation,theoretical logic,realistic dilemma and the break-through path of academic quality evaluation of physical education and health curriculum in China.The study shows that the academic quality evaluation of physical education and health curriculum should follow the logic of“generative existence”,evidence-based education and education through practice.Based on the logic,it points out the practical difficulties faced by the current academic quality evaluation of physical education and health curriculum in China:evaluation is replaced by examination,ignoring the process and authenticity of evaluation;a single method is used,reducing the pertinence and scientificity of evaluation;the subject is absent,affecting the professionalism and effectiveness of evaluation.In view of these problems,following development paths are put forward:distinguish between examination and evaluation and let evaluation return to the standard of“educating people”;innovate a variety of evaluation methods and make the evaluation results more accurate;cooperate with multiple evaluation subjects and build an objective and fair evaluation mechanism.Through these paths,we will finally build an academic quality evaluation system of physical education and health curriculum with Chinese characteristics that truly promotes the all-round development of students and conforms to the physical education discipline.
