双循环新发展格局下民族传统体育高质量发展的战略定位与推进路径

Strategic Positioning and Promotion Path for the High-Quality Development of National Traditional Sports under the New Development Pattern of Dual Circulation

“加快构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局”的提出是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的丰富与深化,是党中央对推动经济社会高质量发展的重大战略安排,内在要求民族传统体育高质量发展应从国家战略总体布局中找准定位,以顺应双循环新发展格局需要而作出相应的调整和改变。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,立足于双循环新发展格局的时代背景,从创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享5个维度系统阐述民族传统体育高质量发展的战略定位,并提出了双循环新发展格局下民族传统体育高质量发展的推进路径,即以“优化”和“融合”的方式增强民族传统体育高质量发展的内循环路径、以“高质量引进来”和“高水平走出去”来提升民族传统体育高质量发展的外循环路径及“更大范围、更宽领域、更深层次”的国内国际双循环相互促进路径。

The proposal of“accelerating the establishment of a'dual circulation'development pattern in which domestic economic cycle plays a leading role while international economic cycle remains its extension and supplement”is the enrichment and deepening of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and is a major strategic arrangement of the CPC Central Committee in promoting high-quality economic and social development,which requires that the high-quality development of national traditional sports be accurately positioned in the overall layout of the national strategy,so as to make corresponding adjustments and improvements to meet the needs of the new development pattern of dual circulation.Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,based on the social background of the new development pattern of dual circulation,this paper systematically expounds the strategic positioning of high-quality development of national traditional sports from the five dimensions of innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing,and proposes the promotion paths for high-quality development of national traditional sports under the new development pattern of“dual circulation”—to enhance the internal circulation path of high-quality development of national traditional sports through“optimization”and“integration”,to enhance the external circulation path of high-quality development of national traditional sports through“bringing in with high quality”and“going out at a high level”,and to enhance the path that features positive interplay between domestic and international economic flows through“a broader agenda of opening up across more areas and in greater depth”.
