基于中国式现代化的体育现代化哲学分析

A Philosophical Analysis of Sports Modernization Based on the Chinese Path to Modernization

中国体育现代化是中国式现代化的重要组成部分。以中国式现代化理论为研究范式探索推动中国体育现代化是必须回答的体育新时代课题,也是落实党的二十大精神,加快建设体育强国,实现健康中国建设目标的历史使命。以回顾中国体育现代化历程为逻辑起点,以中国式现代化理论为研究视域,采用政策分析、逻辑演绎等研究方法梳理中国体育现代化的理论逻辑,总结其历史逻辑、实践经验,以哲学思维阐述中国体育现代化实践向度。认为:1)中国体育现代化是以毛泽东、邓小平、习近平等为代表的党领导人的体育思想、体育论述为指导理论的体育现代化,是中国式现代发展进程中的标志性成果;2)中国体育事业从贫穷落后走向兴旺发达、从体育大国向现代化的体育强国迈进是坚持“以人民为中心发展”思想的结果,也是不断满足人民健身、健康需求,提高人民健康水平的过程;3)体育现代化是以中国式现代化推进中华民族伟大复兴中不断前行的伟大事业,在新时代必须着力解决“体育人口”“全民健身重点人群”“体育共同富裕”“体育精神文明”时代问题;4)体育的智慧化、法治化、标准化和国际化是中国体育现代化改革发展的实践向度。

Chinese sports modernization is an important part of the Chinese path to modernization.Exploring and promoting Chinese sports modernization with the theory of the Chinese path to modernization as research model is a new epoch sports project that must be carried out.It is also a historical mission to implement the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress,expedite building China into a leading sports power,and realize the goal of Healthy China Initiative.This study takes the course of Chinese sports modernization as logical starting point and the theory of Chinese path to modernization as research horizon.Through the use of policy analysis,logical deduction and other research methods,the theoretical logic of Chinese sports modernization is sorted out and its historical logic and practical experience are summed up.Philosophical thinking is also used to expound the practical dimensions of Chinese sports modernization.This study holds several main views as follows.First,Chinese sports modernization is a landmark achievement in the process of Chinese path to modernization,which is guided by the sports ideas and sports expositions of our CPC leaders represented by Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,and Xi Jinping.Second,the Chinese sports industry’s change from staying with poverty and backwardness to enjoying prosperity and China’s growth from a big sports country to a modern sports power lies in the adherence to the people-centered philosophy of development.This is also because the Chinese sports industry constantly meets people’s needs for fitness and health.At the same time,it improves the level of people’s health.Third,Sports modernization is a great cause in the process of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese modernization.In this new era,key issues such as“sports population”,“national fitness key groups”,“common prosperity through sports”and“sports spiritual civilization”must be spared no effort to solve.At last,the study holds the idea that the smartization,legalization,standardization and internationalization of sports are the practical dimensions of Chinese sports modernization reform and development.
