我国体育产业高质量发展中的要素市场化配置策略研究——基于新结构经济学视角

Research on the Market Allocation Strategy of Factors in High Quality Development of Sports Industry in China——from the Perspective of New Structural Economics

我国体育产业"供需错位"现象普遍存在,供给侧结构性改革迫在眉睫。从新结构经济学理论视角,运用文献资料法,从产业要素配置角度,通过分析我国体育产业基本要素禀赋结构,运用"降维"思维进行分层分析,探析要素市场化配置如何助力体育产业高质量发展,提出实现体育产业要素高质量配置的若干建议。在经济新常态背景下,国家应从供给端着手,尽可能地减少政府的市场干预,以改革创新的思维,通过技术创新解放与发展生产力,对体育产业要素结构进行优化和升级,扩大有效供给,减少无效供给,提高供给结构对需求变化的适应性和灵活性,促进体育产业经济的健康与可持续发展。

The phenomenon of"supply-demand dislocation"is common in China’s sports industry,and the supply-side structural reform is imminent.From the perspective of new structural economics,this paper uses the method of documentation to analyze the basic factor endowment structure of China’s sports industry in terms of industrial factor allocation,and conducts hierarchical analysis using"dimensionality reduction"thinking to analyze how the market-based allocation of factors can help the sports industry develop in high quality,and puts forward some suggestions to realize the high quality allocation of sports industry factors.Under the background of the new economic normal,the central government should start from the supply side,reduce government market intervention as much as possible,and with the thinking of reform and innovation,liberate and develop productivity through technological innovation,optimize and upgrade the factor structure of the sports industry,expand effective supply,reduce ineffective supply,improve the adaptability and flexibility of the supply structure to changes in demand,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the sports industry economy.
