中国有2亿学生,是实施学校体育最大规模的国家,学校体育资源相对于2亿学生来说实施教育的难度最大,在党和政府以人民为中心的理念指引下中国还要办让人民满意的学校体育;40年的改革,学校体育历经了体育教育、健康教育和运动教育的不同阶段,呈现着顶层设计日臻完善,学校体育条件保障变化明显,学校体育改革创新稳步推进等成就斐然;但还存在需要打通的"最后一公里",学生身心健康"显忧""隐忧"并存,学校体育仍是整个教育事业相对薄弱的环节等短板;学校体育改革发展的突破点,要构建教育部门为主导,学校为主体,社会、体育教师、家长和学生共同参与的大学校体育治理格局,在实施运动教育的过程中,教育部门要在知行合一中狠抓落实,学校要担当作为,社会要营造环境,体育教师要立德树人,学生家长要关爱备至,学生要全面发展,才能变学校体育制度优势为治理效能。

China runs the world’s largest school physical education,with 200 million students in China.China is running the most difficult school physical education in the world,because no amount of school sports resources divided by 200 million students will be enough.Under the guidance of the Party and the government’s people-centered concept,China should also set up school physical education to satisfy the people.In the past 40 years of reform,school physical education has gone through different stages of physical education,health education and sports education,showing that top-level design is improving day by day,school physical education conditions have improved significantly,and school physical education reform and innovation has been steadily promoted.But there are still some problems such as the"last kilometer"needs to be reached,the students’physical and mental health"obvious worries"and"hidden worries"coexist,and school physical education is still a relatively weak link in the whole education.The breakthrough point of the reform and development of school physical education is to construct a physical education governance pattern with the education department as the leading body,the school as the main subject and the participation of society,physical education teachers,parents and students.In the process of implementing sports education,the education department should pay close attention to the implementation of the integration of knowledge and practice.The school should take on the responsibility,the society should create the environment,the physical education teachers should build moral character,the students’parents should care and prepare,and the students should develop in an all-round way,so as to change the advantages of the school physical education system into the governance efficiency.
