New Development Concept in the Important Statements of General Secretary Xi Jinping on Winter Olympics

采用文献资料法对习近平总书记在党的十八大以来关于体育工作、冬奥工作的百余篇重要论述加以梳理,对新发展理念进行解读,可以从五个层面构建出冬奥工作所必须依循的统一原则,即创新层面上理论创新与实践创新的统一;协调层面"四个协调发展"的统一;绿色层面自然性与经济性的统一;开放层面"引进来"与"走出去"的统一;共享层面全民共筑与成果共享的统一。"五个统一"与五大发展理念逻辑上一脉相承,是习近平总书记的宏观思想在冬奥办奥工作中的具体落地。深入领会习近平总书记对于冬奥工作相关重要论述中的"五个统一",对提升认识高度、从全局出发理解贯彻国家在冬奥筹备工作所提出的各项要求具有积极促进作用。

By the method of literature review,this paper combed more than 100 important statements about sports and Winter Olympics by General Secretary Xi Jinping since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and interpreted the new development principles,and then constructed the unified principles that must be followed in Winter Olympic work on five levels.The five principles of unity,Five Unities,refer to the unity of theoretical and practical innovation,the unity of various aspects of the"four-coordinated development",the unity of nature and economy,the unity of"bringing in"and"going global"and the unity of co-constructing and sharing.Five Unities and the Five Concepts for Development are logically connected;it is the concrete landing of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s macro thinking in the Olympic Games.In-depth understanding of the Five Unities in the important statements of General Secretary Xi Jinping on Winter Olympics will play a positive role in promoting the awareness and understanding of the requirements put forward by the state in the preparatory work for the 2022 Winter Olympics.
