摘要
官厅水库是治理永定河的关键性工程,有力保障了永定河下游广大地区的防洪安全。水库建成以来,上游流域经历了由丰水期到连续枯水期再转向丰水期的周期性变化,但目前官厅水库设计洪水仍采用1981年前丰水期的设计成果,库容曲线计算方式亦不够精确且长期未进行修正,为了适应水库上下游防洪形势的变化,对水库设计洪水成果进行了复核,对水库库容曲线进行了校核,通过调洪演算试算,在确保水库工程安全的前提下,对水库洪水过程进行了优化调度。本研究可对类似水库洪水调度提供借鉴。
Guanting Reservoir served as a pivotal project for the management of the Yongding River,which significantly ensured the flood safety in downstream areas.Since its construction,the upper basin undergone cyclical changes from abundant water periods to consecutive droughts,and back to abundant.However,the current design flood for Guanting Reservoir still relies on pre-1981 abundant water period data.Moreover,the methodology for calculating the reservoir's storage curve was precision because it has not been revised for an extended period.To adapt to the change of flood control situation in the upstream and downstream of the reservoir,the design flood results of the reservoir were checked,which involved a reassessment of the reservoir's storage curve.Optimization adjustments were made to the reservoir's flood processes through flood simulation and calculation,which ensured the safety of the reservoir's engineering.
