摘要
城市河道行洪过程中,河道淤积容易造成水流局部迂回不畅,进一步加剧河床的淤积,影响上下游河道行洪。为定量研究河道淤积对河道防洪的影响,本次以通惠河为例,分析城市河道的淤积特性,并通过数值模型方法量化河道淤积对防洪的影响,提出基于河道防洪安全的清淤阈值,为制定相关河道的清淤计划提供了参考。
In the process of flood discharge in urban river channel,the siltation of river channel is easy to cause partial detour of water flow,which further aggravates the siltation degree of river bed,and affects the flood discharge of upstream and downstream river channels.In order to quantify the influence of river siltation on river flood control,Tonghui river was taken as an example in this paper,the siltation characteristics of urban river channel were analyzed and the influence of river siltation on flood control was quantified through numerical model method.The threshold value of dredging was put forward based on the safety of river flood control,which could provide a reference for making dredging plans of related river channels.
